Handpull noodle made to order. This place has the best Chinese beef roll (sliced beef wrapped in crispy crepe with Chinese sweet soy sauce or bean sauce and scallion). Delicious! Chef's kiss. Crispy spicy fried chicken and the beef noodles are pretty good as well. Get that beef roll tho!

We ordered pork xiao long bao, original Lanzhou beef noodle soup, pan fried pork and cabbage dumplings, stir fried romaine lettuce, and fried chicken. Everything tasted freshly made and was served hot. The xiao long bao and dumplings were juicy and flavorful, and the noodles were especially delicious. The only dish that didnβt quite match my taste was the fried chicken. The seasoning felt a bit off for my taste. I would also suggest offering larger plates or plastic bowls for kids. They provided a small plate for my child, but it was a bit difficult to eat noodles or rice comfortably.

Always flavorful and especially love their hand pulled and shaving noodles! You can see noodles and dumpling chefs working their magic through large glass window!

I have been wanting to try Hung Yuan for a while and I am glad I did! We stopped in and were seated right away and the server was friendly and patient with our questions. We started with the Scallion Pancake Beef Role which was the best version of this dish I have had in a long time. Tender beef and fresh pancakes! Then we moved onto the Beef Soup with wide noodles. The soup was spiced perfectly and the noodles were just right. We finally finished up with the Kung Pao Shrimp which was delicious and expertly prepared. This place is great and I am already planning my next trip. Highly Reccommended!

We eat at a lot of noodle restaurants and somehow missed Hongyuan dumplings & noodles. When we arrived there was already a long line building, but fortunately my wife came earlier and was able to get a table for our party of 7. We tried a variety of dishes and the prices are actually slightly better than another Chinese restaurant close-by and the portions are larger too. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be back with the extended family to try out more.
